Our mission at RDSJ Healthcare Academy is to prepare aspiring nurses for success on the NCLEX by delivering a comprehensive, engaging, and evidence-based review course that builds clinical judgment, critical thinking, and test-taking confidence.  We are dedicated to supporting each nursing student's journey to licensure by providing high-quality instruction, personalized guidance, and real-world practice rooted in current nursing standards and best practice. 

 At RDSJ Healthcare Academy, our mission is to empower individuals with the lifesaving knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency response.  We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based training that builds confidence, promotes safety, and prepares our students to act swiftly and effectively in critical situations at home, in the workplace and the community. 

Guided by Christian values and a commitment to service, our mission of the basic nursing assistant training program (BNATP) at RDSJ Healthcare Academy is to  equip future nursing assistants with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation needed to provide compassionate, competent, and ethical care.  We strive to develop caregivers who not only serve with excellence, but also reflect God's love and dignity in every interaction, promoting healing and hope in the lives of those they care for.
